This Privacy Policy describes how VirtualVetDoc Corp. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information whenever you interact with any of the Services, whether as a User or Provider. These interactions may occur via software that is resident in/on mobile or other computing devices, and the information at issue may be in a variety of forms, including raw data, Content you actively provide, and data that is passively or automatically created, stored, and/or shared by the devices involved in any stage of providing the Services. This Privacy Policy also describes the actions available to you regarding our use of that information, as well as your personal information. However, you may also need to understand and adjust the settings on your mobile and/or computing devices, insofar as they may also impact your personal information.
Every time you use the Services, you are consenting to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. Like the Terms of Use, we may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, and you are encouraged to periodically check both the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy to verify if/when changes are made. If at any point you object to any aspect of the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Services. Certain third-party applications, software, and Content might be integrated with our Services or platform, in which case the terms of use and data policies of that third party will apply. The Terms of Use will be used to interpret this policy, including specific definitions from those Terms of Use.
INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
Given the nature of the Services, we may collect information about you and your pet(s). This information may include account history, pet medical information, contact data, appointment history, payment history, purchase history, address/contact information for you, and specific preferences or data you opt to share directly or indirectly with us.
Information you provide to us
We collect information when you give it to us or give us permission to obtain it, such as when you create an account, download or access the Platform, interact with Providers via the Platform, request customer service, fill out forms, communicate with us via a third party, respond to surveys, interact with us via social media sites, or otherwise communicate with us. This information might include, but is not necessarily limited to any of the following:
- Customer records information, such as first and last name, pet name(s), email address, mailing and/or billing address, phone number, payment details (e.g., credit card information; dates, amounts, and related details for each payment), and pet medical information;
- Billing information, such as credit card number, security code, expiration date, and billing address;
- Unique identifiers, such as a username and password chosen by you, account number, IP address, and other identifiers assigned to you by us or a third-party that you have authorized by establishing an account or other relationship;
- Preferences and commercial information, such as action history, marketing preferences, information requested or rejected, Services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other selections made by you;
- Audio, electronic, or video information you attach to messages or upload into the platform, such as pictures or videos of you and/or your Pet(s);
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website, application, or an advertisement
- Demographic information, such as age, gender, interests, and zip code;
- Location information, such as GPS locations, IP address, street address, city, state, and/or phone number;
- Other similar information.
Information provided from other sources
We also collect Information from third parties (such as data brokers, social media sites, mailing list providers, and other publicly available sources) who may have generalized or specific information about you.
Information that is automatically collected
When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:
- Log Information: We may collect log information about your use of the Platform and/or the Services, including the type of browser you use, application version, access times, pages viewed, time spent on pages, clicks, website technical errors, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.
- Device Information: We may collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and the like.

- debugging, identifying, and repairing errors that impair site functionality;
- aggregating and/or de-identifying aspects of your data for further commercial uses, including the training or in the use of artificial intelligence systems;
- complying with the law and our legal obligations; and
- in furtherance of any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected or as should be reasonably expected in support of the Services.
SECURITY
We are committed to safeguarding your information. We use reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Although we strive to provide reasonable security for all information we collect, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
As may be consistent with any applicable laws, we do not allow the use of our Services by any minor children. Separately, we do not intend to receive, process, or collect any information that is infringing and/or unlawful. If you learn that anyone has provided us with personal or other data in violation of these goals, please contact us immediately.
PAYMENTS
The Services may employ the use of third-party services to facilitate aspects of the Services, such as payments. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties (this would also be an example of implicit consent, as referenced above).
ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE REGARDING INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Your account and cancellation of it
If you wish to deactivate your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us via the Platform. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
Communications by Email or Text Message
You may opt out of receiving emails or push notifications by following the instructions in/on the Platform or by contacting us as noted below. If you opt out, we may still send you specific messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Cookies and Trackers
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies, although the Platform may not function properly or fully if you disable cookies. If you do not want to receive tracking pixels, you will need to disable HTML images in your email client, but that may affect your ability to view images in other email that you receive. GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS
Please refer to the Terms of Use regarding your absolute and sole responsibility for investigating, understanding, and abiding by any laws, rules, ordinances, licensing requirements, or other regulations that apply to the Services and these Terms of Use (collectively, “Applicable Laws”), with the added understanding that Applicable Laws may change from time to time so as to make this is an active and ongoing obligation. The Company is not and cannot be held responsible for interpreting, updating, or providing guidance regarding Applicable Laws, and you also acknowledge that you are in the best position to make informed decisions regarding Applicable Laws.
The laws of the state in which you reside may provide for additional rights with respect to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Be sure to consider those laws in the context of the categories and information provided in this Privacy Policy and, separately, in the Terms of Use. You may be able to request access, deletion, non-sale, and/or other possible specific actions in connection with your personal information. In such cases, your inquiries can be directed to the contact information provided in the Terms of Use.
UPDATES
From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy as technology evolves and our business grows. We may provide you with additional notifications for such updates through email and/or by posting or pushing a notification through our various platforms. If, at any time, you do not wish your personal information to be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should terminate our agreement as indicated in the Terms of Use and stop using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform is an explicit consent to this Privacy Policy and any future changes to it or the Terms of Use.
